Job Title: Technical Support Advisor (Level 1 & 2)
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to businesses across Ireland, helping them resolve their technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to networks, systems, and applications.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in a ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with Level 1 and 2 support expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proof of progression in your career
  • Relevant technical certifications
