Marketing & Business Development Senior Executive, Dublin

Our client, a highly respected firm, is seeking a talented Business Development and Marketing Senior Executive to join their Dublin office.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with lawyers, partners and the wider Marketing and BD team to drive strategic initiatives and support the firm's continued growth.
In this role, you'll lead marketing and business development efforts to enhance market presence. You'll collaborate with legal teams, create high-quality materials, manage client-focused campaigns, and optimise digital content. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination are essential to delivering impactful results.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 years' experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a professional services environment such as law, accountancy, or financial services.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and track impactful marketing and BD initiatives.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing efforts with strategic business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate materials.
