Base pay range

Senior Business Development Executive

Dublin, County Dublin (with hybrid working - three days in the office, two at home)

Salary of €50,000 - €60,000 DOE and OTE of €70,000 - €80,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, winning new clients and expanding opportunities with existing ones.

Blending strategy and relationship building, you'll strengthen the company's position in managed IT services, managed security, and software development.

Overseeing the full sales cycle, you'll take marketing-generated leads, nurture them, and turn them into long-term partnerships. You'll also oversee strategic sales within existing accounts, ensuring we deliver real value and remain a trusted partner.

Additionally, you will:

- Build and maintain client relationships to support retention and growth

- Balance short-term wins with sustainable growth

- Play an active role at events and conferences to generate new opportunities

About You

To be considered as our Senior Business Development Executive, you will need:

- A minimum of three years' experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive in the IT industry

- A good general understanding of the technology industry, including products and solutions

- The ability to co-ordinate and work closely with the rest of the sales and technical teams

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
