Commercial Construction Manager

A main contractor who has ongoing projects in Dublin are seeking a Commercial Manager to support their team on a project in North Dublin. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with a growing employer.
Responsibilities- Own the commercial function across multiple large-scale projects.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management.
- Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and industry standards.
- Support tendering and bid submissions for future pipeline work.
- Degree in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or relevant project experience.
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in commercial roles within the construction industry.
- Proven success managing the commercial aspects of large, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract forms (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
- Senior level: Mid-Senior level
