Call Centre Assistant - Dublin 2 Dawson Street

As a Call Centre Assistant, you don't need to have previous optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

  • Full time - 40 hours per week
  • €13.50 per hour
  • 28 days holiday

Responsibilities:

This position will be covering both the Optical departments with some of the following tasks:

  • All aspects of administration
  • Answering & transferring calls
  • Booking and re-confirming appointments
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Updating & filing records
  • Processing invoices
  • Sending out correspondence
