Overview

Founding Full Stack Engineer - NodeJS - AI Start-up k plus equity. This is an AI start-up with a modern stack: TypeScript-based platform and Python-based AI/ML components. The role is for a founding engineer and requires in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in-person with the team to brainstorm and develop the product.
  • Contribute across the product lifecycle in an early-stage SaaS startup environment.
  • Work within a fast-paced setting where use cases and requirements can change quickly.
  • Engage with a stack that includes TypeScript and Python for AI/ML components.
  • Coordinate intricate LLM workflows and related tooling as part of the project.
Qualifications

Technically speaking you will have experience with as many of these:

  • TypeScript and other programming languages
  • Very strong grasp of complex SQL queries
  • Have a real love for AI/ML
  • Strong understanding of algorithm logic and maths
Nice to have
  • Coordinating intricate LLM workflows
  • tRPC
Candidate profile
  • You like in-person collaboration (they built their last company on in-office work).
  • You have startup experience at an early-stage SaaS company and have been through the full product lifecycle.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment with changing requirements and are agnostic to tools/frameworks.
  • You are a self-starter with strong opinions and a passion for engineering.
  • You are generally sound and a nice person.
Work arrangement

This role is not full remote; in-person presence is preferred for brainstorming and collaboration at the early stage of the company.
