About The Role:

  1. Oversee all bar operations to ensure smooth running.
  2. Expedite guest orders and maintain good relationships with co-workers.
  3. Achieve exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant experience.
  4. Support and manage daily department operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all hotel standards are maintained.
  • Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance.
  • Conduct inspections to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage for compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, handle cash properly, and settle bills.
  • Promote guest satisfaction and ensure all service steps are followed.
  • Complete checklists, requisitions, and opening/closing duties.
  • Train, guide, and coach team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue.
  • Other duties as required.
