Your role focuses on delivering excellent business partnering by building a deep understanding of the key drivers and dynamics of our business. You will help Sky to deliver its financials, partner with business stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial performance, and use your influencing skills to provide recommendations to drive more value and deliver on Sky's ambitious plans.

What You'll Do

• Deliver key financial outputs, including budget forecasts, monthly results and strategic long-range plans, for at least one distinct business area.
• Evaluate monthly results of pricing strategies, customer acquisition and retention efforts and implement appropriate actions.
• Build strong business partnering relationships with the management team, acting as a trusted advisor and providing financial mentorship when needed.
• Bring a commercial lens to insights, translating them into operational and financial performance.
• Collaborate across the finance team and wider Sky business.
• Act as an ambassador for Sky Finance, both within the business and externally.

What You'll Bring

• A track record of delivery and ambition with a desire to continue developing.
• A Fully Qualified Accountant – CA, ACCA, CIMA.
• Experience delivering key financial outputs, including budgets and monthly results.
• Experience preparing management reporting and insight.
• Experience in a finance role within a large, complex organisation in industry or practice.
• Ability to work at pace in an agile, fast-moving environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to provide clarity in complex situations to guide decision making.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Excel, Tableau) and experience turning analysis into recommendations.

Our Ireland HQ is located on Burlington Road with proximity to Grand Canal Dock and Pearse stations. We're also near several bus routes in central Dublin.
