Overview

We're working with a well-established and forward-thinking mobility brand seeking a commercially sharp and strategically minded finance professional to oversee all aspects of fleet controlling, planning, and treasury operations. This is a highly cross-functional position with direct impact on financial performance, fleet optimisation, and long-term business sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as Finance Business Partner to Fleet Leadership and supporting commercial decision-making
  • Leading monthly financial close processes, KPI tracking, and fleet variance analysis
  • Overseeing development and delivery of fleet planning, forecasting, and strategic budgeting
  • Managing daily, mid-term and long-term treasury activities, including cash forecasting and banking relationships
  • Supporting external audits, OEM contract negotiations, and ensuring financial control & risk governance across fleet operations
Qualifications / Skills
  • A qualified accountant or finance professional with 8+ years of post-qualified experience in a fleet, automotive, leasing, or asset-heavy environment
  • Proven background in financial controlling, planning, and treasury, ideally in a regulated or multi-entity setting
  • Commercially driven, with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experienced working across cross-functional teams, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable managing complexity, with a hands-on approach to both high-level strategy and operational execution
