Overview

Fleet Management is a vital function within our organization, responsible for optimizing the use of company vehicles to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

The Head of Fleet Controlling, Planning & Treasury plays a crucial role in this process, overseeing the financial aspects of fleet management, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and allocated.

This position requires a high degree of analytical skill, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and fleet management to join our team as Head of Fleet Controlling, Planning & Treasury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Control
    • Identify areas of cost savings and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
    • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Fleet Planning
    • Develop and implement fleet plans that align with business objectives.
    • Manage the procurement of new vehicles and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Treasury Management
    • Oversee daily cash flow and ensure timely payments.
    • Manage relationships with banking partners and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
