Overview

Lead Product Manager (Remote in Europe/Central European Timezone) at AllBooked by Skedda. This is the most senior role in the AllBooked by Skedda product function. You will report directly to the head of AllBooked, act as a player-coach for one development team while collaborating with another, influence the product roadmap, own product processes, and build a large portion of features.


AllBooked by Skedda is a leading global booking management platform for SMBs who want to monetize their spaces. Our customers include athletic facilities, studios, creative spaces, event venues, community centers, and coworking spaces. AllBooked serves over 4,000 customers and is experiencing significant growth.



Responsibilities
  • Serve as Product Manager for new AllBooked product features, including gathering requirements, weighing functional and technical tradeoffs, scoping and developing requirements documents, and working closely with engineers to build new features.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and pains via interviews and surveys.
  • Research and understand competitors' offerings to inform product positioning.
  • Complete data analysis of the customer base to inform prioritization and product scoping decisions.

Skills & Experience
  • You\'ve worked in an early stage tech startup environment.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in software product management.
  • You are comfortable digging in with engineers on technical topics.
  • You have experience working in an agile development process.
