We're seeking a Transport & Logistics Manager to lead and scale our vehicle transport and storage operations for TradeBid across Ireland, the Netherlands, and future European markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape the logistics backbone of a fast-growing digital automotive marketplace.

• Define and execute the transport vision for TradeBid across Ireland, Netherlands, and new European markets.
• Build and maintain strong carrier partnerships — cultivating a nimble, high-performing network through relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
• Hold carriers accountable for service levels, focusing on speed, reliability, and quality.
• Leverage data and analytics to track performance by route, geography, and service type, identifying and resolving weak points quickly.
• Oversee offsite storage operations, including intake, washing, and vehicle description accuracy, ensuring buyer confidence and minimising arbitration cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product & Technology to build systemic, automated logistics processes; with Finance for cost tracking and billing; with Auction Operations and Sales for smooth seller/buyer experiences.
• Lead and grow a small operations team, coaching and developing transport associates.
• Drive continuous improvement, implementing scalable processes and tools to support rapid European expansion.

We're looking for a leader who blends logistics expertise with strategic vision, relationship-building, and operational execution.

You'll Excel If You Have:

• 5+ years' proven experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in B2B marketplaces, fleet management, or automotive).
• Strong track record in carrier management: sourcing, contracting, and holding partners accountable to KPIs.
• Experience managing vehicle transport, storage, or related automotive logistics is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to make decisions and drive improvements.
• Strong leadership experience — able to mentor a small team while influencing cross-functional colleagues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic, scaling environment.
• A tenacious, results-driven leader — someone unafraid to be bold and aggressive in driving vision, execution, and carrier performance to the highest standard.
