Role: Logistics Administrator Salary: €28,000-€30,000 Location: Dublin 24 Duration: Contract Hours: Monday-Friday Logistics Administrator Leading Distribution company are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the movement of high-demand consumer goods by managing inventory records, processing shipments, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Your contribution will help maintain the efficiency and reliability of a supply chain that delivers essential products to consumers. Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, updating stock systems, and preparing dispatch paperwork. Youll collaborate closely with warehouse operatives to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your ability to stay organised and communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining the flow of goods across the warehouse. In addition to your core administrative duties, you will support stock replenishment activities, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily warehouse operations to support the movement of high-demand consumer goods Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation Maintain real-time inventory records using logistics software and ERP systems Liaise with transport and warehouse teams to manage delivery schedules. Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to avoid shortages. Uphold health and safety standards while contributing to process improvements across the supply chain. Requirements: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain administration, ideally within FMCG or warehouse settings Strong understanding of inventory control, order processing, and dispatch coordination Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse and logistics operations What to do next: If you are interested in this role, click "Apply Now."
