Healthcare Assistants Disability Service

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join a reputable service based in the west of Ireland (Sligo, Galway) supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. We require residential Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centered planning, contributing to the daily operations of the service, and supporting service users in achieving their short-term and long-term goals.
Successful candidates will have:
- Major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or a relevant field
- Full driving license and access to own transport
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to maximize their quality of life
Successful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and to be part of an energetic and dedicated team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment where service users can develop their independent living skills and participate in activities.
