Supporting Individuals with Disabilities as a Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Assistants in a residential setting. Our service users require assistance with daily living activities, and we need dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care.
As a Healthcare Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing person-centered care to service users, promoting independence and dignity.
- Contributing to the daily operations of the service, including supporting service users with personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Engaging with service users to understand their needs and preferences, and developing tailored support plans to meet these needs.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A major QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a related field.
- A full driving license and access to own transport.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to maximize their quality of life.
