This role can be based out of the Dublin office or remotely in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and influence executives and technical decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies, championing MongoDBs value and capabilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the Strategic Developer Relations team to develop and deliver high-impact technical engagements and targeted educational sessions to build mindshare with strategic accounts
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in MongoDB products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to influence the product roadmap
  • Drive thought leadership and build mindshare for MongoDB by creating content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, video content) and engaging publicly through speaking events, press, and analyst relations
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in roles such as Developer Advocacy, Solutions Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture
  • Recognized technical leader with hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and drivers of enterprise technology decisions
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language or development framework and familiarity with modern application architectures
Additional Requirements
  • Proven ability to influence audiences through direct engagement and scalable, published content
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology innovation and business value
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior technical decision-makers
