We are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join our Unit Linked Team in our Investment Operations department. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality investment operations, ensuring our Unit Trust book meets client needs and adheres to planned activity levels and regulatory standards. This role can be based in Dublin or Navan.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • NAV production or fund accounting/administration experience ideally.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with business requirements documents and functional specifications.
  • Strong team player with a client centric ethos and a commitment to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily/weekly/monthly NAV production, internal pricing, and reconciliations.
  • Trade placement, settlement, cash transfers, FX & hedge placement.
  • Corporate action tracking and processing.
  • Ensure accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Escalate and resolve complex client issues professionally.

Planning & Development:

  • Support business activities, new product introductions & process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, brokers, fund managers, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation & best practices.

Projects & Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency & reduce risk.
  • Support platform migrations & workflow enhancements.
  • Drive key process changes to improve client satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage risks & complete assurance actions.
  • Act as an authorised signatory where required.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and professional development.
