With our EMI license application in progress and our launch set for early 2026, we're building a bright, ambitious team to shape Solance from the ground up. A team that's ready to rethink the rules, simplify the complex and bring clarity and care to every client interaction.

We're not here to build just another EMI. We're here to create the most loved B2B financial services provider in the market, and we need you to help make it happen.

We've got Payments, FX, and Cards in the pipeline, but we want more than "industry standard." We want products that make clients think: "Wow, I didn't know banking could be as easy and fun like this."

The Role

Think of yourself as part product mastermind, part client rockstar—the bridge between "I've got an idea" and "Damn, we just launched it."

If you can sketch it on the back of a Guinness coaster, we can turn it into a product. Your mission? Own that magical spot where wild ideas, real client needs, and commercial wins all collide.

  • Product: Spot gaps others miss, dream up solutions, and take them from scribble to shiny, market-ready product.
  • Client: Get out there. Talk to customers. Dig into their world. Solve problems they didn't even know were problems, and make them love you for it.

Here, your voice isn't just "heard"; it's amplified. You'll challenge the CEO and CTO (and they'll expect you to). You're not here to follow the old playbook. You're here to write the new one.

What You'll Do
  • Track: Keep a close eye on competitors and industry leaders, spot what already works in the market and make sure we stay ahead.
  • Invent: Create products that make corporate banking feel fresh, fast, and human.
  • Validate: Test concepts with real clients, refine based on feedback, and kill ideas that don't deliver impact.
  • Launch: Partner with tech, ops, and marketing to take products live at speed.
  • Sell: Pitch your own products to clients, partners; at industry events, you'll be as comfortable in a client's boardroom as in a product sprint.
  • Lead by influence: Inspire internal teams to think client-first and commercially.
Who You Are
  • Industry fluent: You've been in banking, payments, or an EMI; you know the space and where it's broken.
  • Product experienced: You've worked in a product role at a Neobank, EMI or other fintech where you've done epics, user stories, roadmaps, delivery management, QA testing, A/B testing, and collecting customer feedback.
  • Agile fluent: Hands-on experience delivering fintech products in an agile environment across multiple scrum teams.
  • Data driven: Experienced researching competitors, customers, industry trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Hungry: You've had big ideas but been held back by legacy and bureaucracy. You're ready for a place where you can actually build them.
  • Commercial & creative: You see both the revenue opportunity and the UX journey.
  • Tech-fluent: You can discuss APIs and product architecture with engineers.
  • Client obsessed: You naturally spot ways to make their life easier and love building relationships.
