**Senior Director of Innovation Strategy**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Innovation Strategy to lead our product innovation efforts. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy to drive growth and expansion in the pharmacy benefits management (PBM) space.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop business cases and secure funding for high-impact initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform innovation decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes to measure and track innovation pipeline value over time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or life sciences.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development, innovation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA or MHA.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in PBM or pharmacy services.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean principles.
