Job Title

Senior Director of Quality Engineering

This role involves leading a team of skilled engineers, guiding them in the pursuit of excellence across our suite of applications.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term quality engineering strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Quality Embedment: Partner with leaders to embed quality principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Technical Excellence: Guide the architectural direction of test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Data-Driven Quality: Define and analyze key quality metrics to provide insights into product quality and engineering process health.
About You
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of software quality experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of test automation architecture, modern CI/CD practices, and various testing methodologies.
  • Experience leading engineering teams that build tools, libraries, and frameworks.
