Job Title:
Senior Fashion Product Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fashion Product Director to lead our product function across all categories. The successful candidate will bring vision, structure and leadership to the product team, delivering innovative, on-brand ranges that resonate with our growing community while meeting key commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the brand's product vision and roadmap, ensuring it supports ambitious growth targets and strengthens market leadership.
  • Set clear product value propositions and pricing strategies that resonate with the target customer and drive commercial success.
  • Lead the creation of seasonal product lines across all key categories, ensuring they are distinctive, relevant and on-brand.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle - from initial concept and design, through development, testing and production, to launch - delivering on quality, fit, sustainability and timelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with global sourcing partners, meeting margin, quality and sustainability objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, wholesale and retail teams to align product strategies with campaigns, launches and customer insights.
  • Use data, market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inspire product innovation.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives and material innovation throughout the product development process.


Requirements:
  • 5 or more years' experience developing and scaling product lines in the fashion, athleisure or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercially successful product strategies in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of fit, function, technical fabrics, product sustainability, pricing and category planning.
  • Hands-on experience managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through to delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Possession of passion for product innovation, customer connection and using insights to drive decisions.
