The Head of Fashion Design will lead the creation of seasonal product lines, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept through to delivery. Key responsibilities include driving the brand's product vision and roadmap, setting clear product value propositions and pricing strategies, and building strong relationships with global sourcing partners.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in product development and scaling product lines in the fashion or lifestyle sectors is required. Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the brand's product vision and roadmap to deliver commercially successful product strategies.
  • Set clear product value propositions and pricing strategies that resonate with the target customer.
  • Lead the creation of seasonal product lines across all key categories, ensuring they are distinctive, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle - from initial concept and design, through development, testing, and production, to launch.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of fit, function, technical fabrics, product sustainability, pricing, and category planning.
