Senior Manager – Regulatory Returns Assurance (Dublin)

A leading international bank is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Dublin office, with responsibility for the assurance and oversight of key prudential and regulatory returns. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior stakeholders and regulators to ensure the integrity of the bank's liquidity and funding reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the assurance and validation of prudential returns, with a focus on Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR).
  • Oversee data quality, governance, and control frameworks supporting regulatory submissions.
  • Act as a key liaison with regulators on liquidity and prudential reporting matters.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to align reporting processes.
  • Monitor regulatory developments (CRR/CRD, Basel III, ECB/CBI requirements) and adapt frameworks accordingly.
  • Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong background in regulatory reporting, assurance, or liquidity risk within a bank or financial institution.
  • In-depth understanding of LCR, NSFR, and broader prudential requirements.
  • Proven ability to design and operate effective control and assurance frameworks.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with senior management and regulators.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, FRM) is advantageous.
