Are you a strategic buyer with a knack for streamlining supplier relationships and driving value?

We're looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to take the lead on our procurement operations: ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing while maintaining high standards and strong supplier partnerships.

What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end procurement for goods and services
Negotiate with suppliers and manage performance
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier efficiency
Analyse spend and market trends to drive informed decisions
Develop procurement policies that support ethical and compliant sourcing
Collaborate with teams across the business to understand and meet their needs

What you bring:

4+ years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role
A relevant qualification in Procurement, Business, or Supply Chain Management
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Demonstrated success in streamlining supplier services and delivering measurable cost savings.
A sharp commercial mind with a talent for supplier optimisation and cost savings
Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in procurement systems and Excel
A clean driver's licence (occasional travel to sites required)

You'll have the autonomy to shape procurement strategy while working closely with leadership. We offer flexibility in location (Dublin, Kilkenny, or Cork) and a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
