Procurement Lead / Sourcing Manager Hybrid & Flexible Working (Own transport recommended due to our location and occasional travel between sites) Choose from the following locations: Dublin - Greenogue Business Park (preferred) Kilkenny Talbots Inch Cork Carrigtwohill Are you a strategic buyer with a knack for streamlining supplier relationships and driving value? We're looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to take the lead on our procurement operations: ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing while maintaining high standards and strong supplier partnerships. This is a great opportunity to join our commercial team and make a real impact across the business by improving procurement processes, securing best value, and supporting our growth. What youll do: Lead end-to-end procurement for goods and services Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and foster collaboration Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers and manage performance Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier efficiency Analyse spend and market trends to drive informed decisions Develop procurement policies that support ethical and compliant sourcing Collaborate with teams across the business to understand and meet their needs What you bring: 4+ years of experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role A relevant qualification in Procurement, Business, or Supply Chain Management Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong negotiation and contract management skills Demonstrated success in streamlining supplier services and delivering measurable cost savings. A sharp commercial mind with a talent for supplier optimisation and cost savings Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills Proficiency in procurement systems and Excel A clean drivers licence (occasional travel to sites required) Why join us?
