Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling and engaged promotion.
  • Experience in leading and defining the direction of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and ability to manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to build engaging narratives and utilise storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of complex businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans.
  • Pitch and consult with customers to support digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
