Job Title: Senior Account Manager, LCS: France
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales (LCS) team in France. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business growth and product growth goals, owning a portfolio of complex businesses, and building relationships with end customers or agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Business Growth: Work with clients to identify opportunities for growth, manage risks, and build multi-quarter plans to achieve quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
- Pitch and Consult: Pitch and consult with customers to support digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive Customer Growth: Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
- 5 Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience Assessing Client Success: Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotion.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and defining the direction of digital marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Knowledge of online marketing strategy and ability to manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Portfolio Ownership: Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Storytelling: Ability to build engaging narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
