As a business growth strategist, you will be the champion for our clients, helping them achieve exceptional results and maximize value from their ServiceNow investments.

About This Role
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to drive customer success and foster deeper adoption of ServiceNow products.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee client relationships to ensure they are technically proficient and receiving maximum benefit from ServiceNow solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver personalized services that meet clients' evolving needs.
  3. Promote successful case studies and best practices among clients to drive ServiceNow adoption and ROI.
  4. Work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted plans to enhance their ServiceNow experience.
  5. Resolve complex issues promptly, leveraging resources from across the organization to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or related business development positions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using AI to drive process improvements, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Able to provide comprehensive, independent support to clients.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications or accreditations are a plus.
