Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications, support, and strategic discussions.
  • Proactively identify, contact, and engage new business prospects, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Leverage industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue growth, and strategic positioning within the market.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
About You

You will need:

  • A proven track record in sales and business development
  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical/engineering sales is a significant advantage
