About The Job
As a car sales executive, you will sell new and used cars. You will speak to customers daily about their vehicle needs, show them cars that match their lifestyles, organize test drives, and close sales. You will work with a group representing leading manufacturers. The work will mainly be showroom-based with a strong presence on social media. We encourage sales executives to suggest innovative ideas. You will work as part of a sales team guided by a sales manager, managing existing customers and building new sales leads.
About The Candidate
- 4-5 years of car sales/motor industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to learn product knowledge and sell new and used cars, upselling included
- Target-driven, with a combination of base salary and commission
- Willing to learn and follow our sales strategy
- Go-getter attitude
- People-oriented with a customer-first focus
- Public speaking and negotiation skills
- Full clean driver's license
