Role Description

We are looking to fill 2 positions: Inside Sales Rep and Account Manager - These are full-time roles located in Limerick, with some work from home allowed.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Account Manager will be managing existing accounts and developing new accounts from prospecting and industry networking.

Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, making sales calls, following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of client interactions and assisting with orders and enquiries across the Sales team as required

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
