The Company: Our client is a leading provider of real estate services and is considered one of the top names in property advisory. They have a proven track record as a leader within the property sector in Ireland and globally.
The Role: Join an experienced and fast-growing team within one of Ireland's top property firms. This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse range of PRS schemes in Dublin, with a strong emphasis on managing an established team and maintaining relationships with high profile institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee an established team across a number of PRS sites.
- Act as a trusted property advisor, provide analysis, insight and a valuable service to clients in a proactive manner on areas of tenancy, service charge, planned preventative maintenance schedules and inspections.
- Determine market rent for prime residential property to lease in Dublin and environs.
- Prepare marketing and advertising campaigns for lease up of high profile PRS developments.
- Accompany potential occupiers on inspections of available properties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- An understanding and knowledge of property management financial software including Yardi and Rent Café
