Overview

Job title: Talent & Learning Partner. Location and scope across EMEA and Asia Pacific. You will help bring to life and operationalize our global People Strategy, working across the global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to design and deliver programs that support our priorities.

This role is part of Experian's global Human Resources function. Our Talent and Learning team shapes the environment, infrastructure, and tools that help our people build world-class skills and grow their careers in an engaging, inclusive environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a global, matrixed environment and is passionate about creating meaningful, scalable people experiences that deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner across the global Talent, Leadership and Learning team to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to identify future areas of focus and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and global HR teams to co-create employee experiences that address business needs.
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance and scale our people products and experiences.
  • Embed end-to-end people solutions that blend external best practice with understanding of our organisational context.
