Perrigo has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Professional, fluent in French to join the Global TA team. This role can be based at our office in Dublin or Paris.
Scope of the RoleTalent Partnering- Primary responsibility for partnering with the Commercial teams in France to support across a range of disciplines including Marketing, Sales, Scientific Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance. You may also partner with stakeholders in other countries/hiring disciplines as part of a global team.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our strategic categories to understand what good looks like in the talent we seek.
- Collaborate with hiring teams, in-country HR, and global TA to provide data and market insights, enabling robust discussions and guidance on market trends and competitor landscape.
- Support the One Perrigo Hiring process by engaging hiring teams to follow a consistent model to attract and assess top talent, using a behavioural-based selection approach.
- Sourcing candidates via professional networks, job boards, industry contacts, and employee referrals.
- Utilize LinkedIn Insights and LinkedIn Recruiter to influence sourcing strategy.
- Translate market insights into actionable deliverables for hiring managers.
- Build global talent pools for immediate and longer-term opportunities; shortlisting and pre-screening candidates; coordinate interview schedules and hiring decisions with hiring managers. Direct sourcing and market hunting are key priorities, with occasional collaboration with external agencies.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide an exceptional end-to-end TA experience for successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Act as an ambassador of our employer brand, culture, behaviours and values, engaging both active and passive talent for current and future opportunities.
- Experienced TA professional with in-house corporate/commercial TA partnering experience, ideally within the Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industry.
- Thrive on change; agile and flexible in adapting TA activity to evolving business strategies.
- Fluency in French and English is essential. Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
- Strong ability to build and sustain internal and external stakeholder relationships; experience in a global, multi-cultural matrix environment is advantageous.
- Experience using multi-channel recruitment and sourcing methods to attract active and passive talent.
- Ability to develop deep market insights and provide data and trends to hiring teams for short-term sourcing and long-term talent pipelining.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably SuccessFactors).
