We are currently recruiting for Full-time and Part-time positions for our Adult Community-Based Mental Health Residential service in Kildare. Our aim is to support individuals by delivering personalised care tailored to their needs, nurturing independence, and promoting community integration, in their journey towards a healthy and fulfilling life.

General Job Description:

The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will possess high levels of competence and demonstrate this through their qualifications and experience in meeting regulatory requirements, adhering to best practice standards, and understanding the varied needs of each individual. The role involves supporting individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them grow and develop their capacities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a minimum QQI LEVEL 7 qualification in Health Care, Social Care, or relevant equivalency.
  • Knowledge of best practices in Residential Centres.
  • Proficient communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
  • This position is subject to Garda clearance.
  • A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Candidates should have a deep commitment to respecting individuals' rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
