Spa Therapist

We are currently recruiting experienced Spa Therapists for a 4-5 days availability schedule. We offer a competitive commission based on retail and treatments, complimentary spa treatments, and incentives with Elemis.

Primary Duties:

• Deliver a wide range of facial and body treatments, ensuring quality service and memorable guest experiences.
• Comply with all health & safety standards.
• Maintain knowledge of treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Participate in demonstrations and events as required.
• Proactively understand and meet guest needs.
• Perform opening and closing procedures according to spa standards.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and personal hygiene.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-2 years of previous experience desirable.
• Recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent).
• Experience in Swedish massage and other massage types.
• Experience in facials.
• Warm, caring personality.
• Team player.
• Motivated, with ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Advanced skincare knowledge with ability to educate clients.
• Passion for the spa profession.
• Punctual, organized, proactive.
• Fluent English; flexible hours (no late nights).
