We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality treatments including facials, body treatments and massages ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Comply with all health & safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, packages and promotions.
  • Participate in demonstrations and events as required.
  • Proactively understand and meet guest needs.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures according to spa standards.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance and personal hygiene.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in the beauty industry is desirable.
  • A recognized beauty qualification such as ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO is essential.
  • Experience in Swedish massage and other massage types is required.
  • Experience in facials is also necessary.
  • A warm and caring personality is essential for this role.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team is crucial.
  • Motivation and the ability to achieve sales targets is also important.
  • Advanced skincare knowledge with the ability to educate clients is highly valued.
  • A passion for the spa profession is essential.
  • Punctuality, organization and proactivity are key attributes for this role.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
