Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce that we are actively recruiting Social Care Workers for full-time permanent positions in the following locations:

  1. Naas, Co. Kildare
  2. Kilcullen, Co. Kildare
  3. Grangebeg, Co. Kildare

Our client is dedicated to supporting people with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life within a community-based environment.

They operate across 12 residential communities and 4 day services nationwide, offering unique, person-centred care that transforms lives. We seek experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a dynamic team of social and care staff supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.

Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviours.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
  • Applicants must hold a full, clean manual driver's license and have the availability of own car.
  • An understanding of current policies and developments at national and sectoral levels related to Social Care within disability services.
  • An ability to follow, evaluate, and contribute to developing plans to meet individuals' ongoing needs.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
