Solicitor - Insolvency & Dispute Resolution

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are looking for an Associate to join their Disputes team within their Dublin office.

Overview

The successful candidate will join an esteemed and dedicated team, specialising in insolvency and dispute resolution. The candidate will work on a range of complex insolvency and dispute matters, including general commercial litigation, financial services litigation, debt restructuring, and contentious and non-contentious insolvency.

The candidate will play a key role in advising both international and domestic clients on high-profile and challenging insolvency issues and commercial litigation. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a range of complex insolvency and dispute matters, including general commercial litigation, financial services litigation, debt restructuring, and contentious and non-contentious insolvency.
  • Advise international and domestic clients on high-profile insolvency issues and commercial litigation.
  • Contribute to business development and manage client relationships.
Qualifications
  • NQ-3 PQE
  • Strong background in commercial litigation or contentious insolvency in a large international or City firm. Previous experience in financial services highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Outstanding academics
  • Technically excellent
  • Willingness to become involved in business development
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
