Senior Embryologist

Are you an experienced embryologist ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Senior Embryologist to join a leading fertility clinic, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing reproductive science.

Location: Galway, Ireland

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in an IVF laboratory

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performing advanced embryology and andrology procedures, including ICSI and embryo biopsy
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lab staff
  • Ensuring rigorous quality control and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
  • Contributing to process improvements and validation of new lab technologies
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in the Quality Management System

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IVF laboratory
  • Recognised Bachelor of Science degree
  • ESHRE certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in all aspects of IVF, including embryo biopsy
  • Experience with quality management systems within the laboratory
