Your Role

As a Senior Embryologist, you'll play a central role in our IVF laboratory ensuring clinical excellence while supporting innovation, training, and compliance. You'll be hands-on with advanced procedures like embryo biopsy and contribute directly to the success and growth of our service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform all core tasks in embryology and andrology, including embryo biopsy
  • Maintain precise documentation, batch control, and stock monitoring
  • Train and mentor junior lab team members
  • Uphold high standards through our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Validate new lab processes and equipment in collaboration with the Laboratory Manager
  • Ensure full compliance with HPRA guidelines and EU Tissues and Cells Directive
  • Foster clear and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues

What You Bring

  • BSc in Life Sciences (MSc and ESHRE certification are a plus)
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in an IVF laboratory
  • Skilled in all IVF techniques, including embryo biopsy
  • Experience working with quality management systems
  • Strong mentoring abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
