Customer Service Executive - Personal Lines Home Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the counter and phone.
- Handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance from new business to renewals.
- Liaise with insurance companies on customer queries and instructions.
- Offer expert guidance and advice across all insurance products.
- Provide training to new recruits.
- Processing renewals/new business payments.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
- Experience in fast paced environment desirable but not essential.
