EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator

As the EMEA Consumer Products Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting all areas of daily operations within the EMEA Consumer Products team. This role involves highly collaborative work with team members within CPX in America and Asia, as well as other Rioters across finance, Tax, Legal & Publishing.

You will report to the Senior Manager Consumer Products EMEA based in the Reading office, UK. This position is based in our Dublin office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daily operations of the CPX D2C Business.
  • Managing daily operations with our Third Party Logistics partner, including stock review, delivery scheduling, and inbound management.
  • Collaborating with the tax team to ensure visibility and proper documentation for all imports from customs brokers.
  • Coordinating with EMEA Player Support regarding player orders and other issues outside normal operations.
  • Scheduling logistics for event transport, including merchandise for roadshow events.
  • Raising Purchase Order requisitions for EMEA DTC products and tracking workflows to meet production deadlines.
  • Working closely with finance to raise invoices and track payments for merchandise services such as esports events and wholesale orders.
  • Reviewing EU regulations to ensure compliance with packaging and waste material guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance administration, merchandise, and logistics management.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines and teams.
  • Knowledge of purchase order systems and interfaces.
  • Experience managing external vendors, with strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and understanding of aligning service delivery with business goals.
  • Understanding of working within an international organization with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in building models within Google Suite.
  • Success in this role is driven by craft expertise, collaboration, and a focus on supporting fellow Rioters. Prior gaming experience is not required.
