Description
We're looking for a talented Floor Manager Visual to join our team. As a Floor Manager Visual, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create an inspiring shopping environment. Your expertise in product handling and visual merchandising will help enhance the customer journey through outstanding visual execution and high-quality customer service. You will support the Store Leader in developing the team, maintaining operational standards, and achieving sales and KPI targets.

About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver excellent product placement and create 'wow' wearable outfits.
- Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience as a priority.
- Duty manage all store operations including service, people, and processes.
- Empower the team to prioritize customer experience in all decisions.
- Utilize commercial tools to drive store performance.
- Assist the Store Leader in achieving KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback.
- Support store compliance with health & safety standards.
- Help develop a motivated, engaged, and valued store team.
