Cpl Healthcare is actively recruiting Social Care Workers for full-time permanent positions in various locations:

  • Kildare

Our client is dedicated to supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live independently in community-based environments.

They operate across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, providing person-centred care that transforms lives. We seek experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our team supporting adults in achieving community integration and independent living.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as a BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent in Health or Social Care.
  • Have at least 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults or those with intellectual disabilities.
  • Experience dealing with challenging behaviours.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
  • Possess a full, clean manual driver's license and have access to a personal car.
  • Understanding of current policies and developments in social care related to disability services.
  • Ability to develop, evaluate, and contribute to individual support plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in relevant IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

Salary: €36,379 - €54,442 per year, full-time, permanent positions in Naas, Kilcullen, Dunshane, and Grangebeg, Kildare. Positions available until May 16, 2025, or March 26, 2025, depending on location.
