Social Care Assistants

Residential Services (Service Area 5)

Locations in Balla & Turlough Co Mayo

Balla- Permanent 12.25 hours per week plus relief (49 hours over 4 weeks)

Reference Number 2025-034A

Turlough- Permanent 6 hours per week plus relief

Reference Number 2025-037A

Other Requirements

  • Full driver's license is essential
  • All applicants will be subject to Irish Garda Vetting & Reference checks
  • All applicants from Countries outside the E.U. will be required to provide relevant work authorization to take up employment in the Republic of Ireland. This must be submitted along with the Application
  • All applicants will be required to access Overseas Police Clearance if they have lived outside of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland for more than 6 months since the age of 18 years

Salary Scale

Social Care Assistant Pay Scale (Scale Range €30,288 - €42,034 per annum)

these vacancies are based on full-time working hours i.e.39 hours per week
