Partner with the Head of Finance to build and lead the Financial Planning & Strategy function, implementing robust processes and systems to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities Establish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processes Lead implementation and optimization of a modern FP&A platform (Pigment/Mosaic/Abacum) Drive monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning Partner with department heads to develop KPI frameworks and business insights Create board and executive-level financial materials and presentations Requirements 5-8 years+ of FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong data analysis capabilities Track record of cross-functional partnership and influence Ideal Candidate Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset Excellence in stakeholder management Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Clear communication and presentation skills Experience implementing and managing FP&A systems At Tines, we're all about trying new things and taking the leap.
