We are looking for a Senior Associate specialising in Commercial law including Commercial, Data Protection & Digital Regulation to join our fast-growing team in Dublin.

As a member of this growing team and office the individual will be expected to:

advise on commercial contracts, particular those with IP, tech or digital services as their subject matter with a focus on technology, media, entertainment and life sciences sectors.
apply their experience to provide an excellent commercial advisory service to our clients.
Assist clients in their interactions with regulators.
Work with colleagues across the globe to deliver best in class work and results.
assist the Commercial Partners in managing the rapid growth of the practice; and
support the strategic objectives of the firm.

The firm expects associates to advise in a way that supports our client's strategic objectives, whilst being practical and commercial. All associates become involved in in business development opportunities.
