This is a full-time, temporary, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager – Maternity Leave Cover located in Navan. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, coordinating marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include market research, supervising marketing personnel, liaising with other departments to ensure brand consistency, and organizing events and conferences to boost the hotel's visibility.

• Experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies
• Skills in coordinating promotional campaigns and measuring campaign performance
• Market research capabilities and identifying new business opportunities
• Proficiency in supervising marketing personnel and collaborating with other departments
• Event planning and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Navan
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
