Temporary Sales and Marketing Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales & Marketing Manager located in Navan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, coordinating marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include market research, supervising marketing personnel, liaising with other departments to ensure brand consistency, and organizing events and conferences to boost the hotel's visibility.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Supervise marketing personnel and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Plan and coordinate events and conferences to increase hotel visibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work on-site in Navan is required.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field is necessary.
